  Unprofessional is the best word to describe this builder. My husband and I put an offer in our house in March and were told that we'd close early June. It was two months later that we moved in ( in August) and the builder continually changed the closing date on us. He could never give us a final closing date. Luckily we had a very understanding apartment manager that didn't enforce the 30 day move out notice or we would have been SOL. When we finally moved in, the contractors working next door to us continually used OUR electricity after I would unplug it. I finally had to call the cops and put a lock on our outside outlets just so the contractors would get the hint!! Let's just say the office workers are just as horrible. I have called numerous times and left numerous messages and no one ever calls me back. Half of the time they don't answer the phone. After closing we received a certificate for sod in the front yard, my husband called to get it installed only to be informed by the landscaper that they are no longer putting sod in for this builder. Why were we not contacted about this? Now we just have clay/dirt and weeds growing in our front yard. And of course the office never answers the phone or calls me back on the issue. This was the worst first time buying experience for us and by no means do we recommend this company! This review doesn't even deserve one star.
